Product Warranty Card
Congratulations on your purchase of your KoolBreeze Solar Hat. Your hat should give you many seasons of trouble-free operation. However, should the unit fail under normal use, this Warranty covers the electronic components built into the hat, specifically the fan, fan motor, and solar panels for a period of six (6) months. The straw, fabric, and straw hat itself are not covered here. The term ‘normal use’ means when correctly worn, maintained, stored according to directions, and protected from deliberate or accidental catastrophic damage.
This Warranty covers the cost of any needed repairs to, or replacement of, your KoolBreeze Solar Hat’s electronics.Obtaining Service under Warranty.
Should your KoolBreeze Solar Hat require servicing, you must first contact KoolBreeze to authorize and arrange for return of the hat. You may call toll-free 808-866-8111, or from outside the US and Canada, 001-559 486-2626.
When you receive authorization for repair, you may either bring your hat in person or ship it (postage pre-paid and insured) with proof of product purchase (a copy of original invoice).
Please reference your Returned Goods Authorization number given you by our representative on the phone, and include a short written description of the problem or malfunction.KoolBreeze. will repair or replace your hat at our discretion, and at no additional charge to you. We will return it to you with postage paid and insured on the return shipment from KoolBreeze for those customers within the United States and Canada. Customers in all other countries must pay for shipping both ways in order to receive service under the terms of this Warranty.
Special Exclusions
This Warranty covers your hat under normal operation in all normal circumstances. It does not cover malicious or catastrophic damage due to conditions beyond our control, such as damage due to improper wearing; failure to follow manufacturer’s recommendations for proper panel cleaning, storage, hat hanging, dropped hats; theft, abuse, misuse, vandalism, fire, or natural disaster such as hurricane or flood. If your warranted hat is found to have failed due to any of these excluded conditions, we will notify you of the cost to repair or replace the hat.This Warranty applies to all qualified returns within the United States and Canada, and certain other countries by prior agreement. You may have other rights under state law beyond those listed here.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, KoolBreeze Solar Hat disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. KoolBreeze Solar Hat does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. KoolBreeze Solar Hat does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
KoolBreeze Solar Hat shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if KoolBreeze Solar Hat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.Typographical Errors
In the event that a KoolBreeze Solar Hat product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KoolBreeze Solar Hat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KoolBreeze Solar Hat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KoolBreeze Solar Hat shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination of Terms
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by KoolBreeze Solar Hat without notice at any time, for any reason.
